What riders and drivers should know.
Is a reservation confirmed immediately?
No. A reservation request is confirmed only after an authorized participating driver accepts it and the customer receives confirmation.
Can I choose the vehicle size I need?
Yes. The reservation portal lets you select Sedan, XL, or 2XL and considers passenger and luggage capacity when showing compatible drivers.
How do drivers join Fare Co-op?
Drivers must complete Fare Co-op registration, membership, document, background-check, and activation requirements. San Diego Drivers United can provide local information, but Fare Co-op makes its own approval decisions.
What does the referral code do?
Enter MZ9F6H7V when the Fare Co-op app requests a referral code so your registration is connected with the San Diego community.
Is San Diego Drivers United the transportation provider?
No. San Diego Drivers United is an independent nonprofit driver-support and advocacy organization. Transportation services are provided by participating authorized drivers through the applicable platform and agreements.
